1. Does the changes will effect already this week or just the next week?
2. Do the level of the staff people will influence on their specialization..?
For example, Doctor 6 with Massage will keep the players from a drop in GS better way than Doctor 3 with Massage?

By the way, I'm also think that the new changes will makes the game and the engine more complicated and if not enough the situation now with so much things that influence the enigne and gives advantages in games, now it is will be more difficult to prophesy what will happen in games with the PR-Managers changes and I think that it's the change who will effect on the engine at most .

So I really hope that the effect will be very, very, very small ..
Otherwise results will influenced by many thing that not so connected with basketball and reality.

regards from Israel .

one thing i notice good about level 6 and level 7 staff is example for trainers

we get to speed up in a way ( how fast . . we still have to see ) then talents are faster improving

after 2-3 more bb seasons we will probably have more nice talents than what we have now :D

thats just me

at the rate the lvl 6/7 trainers hit the markets I doubt we can draw any accurate conclusion...

if i had one I would probably train 3 positions (8/9 people) and hope the increased speed made it as fast as the current 2 position training...

i am still convinced that a lot of the top trainers will fall into the hands of teams that dont have any long term plans to play BB.

hmmmm

presently we dont have a clear understanding who they work only that they are better than what we had before which is level 10 or level 5 now.

but with that in hand, we know it can influence how we do our training and future plans.

you are in fact correct with top trainers falling to wrong hands, because if they mis manage themselves and the influence is so big, probably could rip a hole in themselves and they quit :D

I have read that the lvl of staff has nothing to do with their specialty: a lvl 3 doctor will massage just as good as a lvl 6 doctor.

I think that would be better rephrased, it was confusing when I first read it.

A lvl 6 Doctor will always be better than a level 3 doctor. But the benefit provided by the specialty is equivalent regardless of staff level.

There is no limit to salary increase. You _will_ have to change your staff eventually.

You should definitely think twice before writing something like this... as there is a 'GM' in front of you name, other managers tend to believe that what you claim is a fact and not just a personal opinion.

You are absolutely right and I stand corrected.

The part of this that is still garbage is that I went from having a very good trainer to having a middle of the road, hardly better than average trainer. My team won't progress as I was, and now I can see myself being stuck in division III forever. Why didn't you really give us what we had, it feels like I am being punished.

I don't think 5 is middle of the road. There is no telling how big the difference between a level 5 and a level 7 trainer is. My guess would be -- minimal.
