I wanted to quote the parts I was agreeing with the most, but then it turns out it's unnecessary. I agree with most of your last 2 posts.

I will add this, which I repeated multiple times. Games like BB need some sense of progression.

People need to feel like they are achieving their purpose for spending time on the game. For someone that can be winning the B3, for others winning their country D1, improving their ranking, doing better in the league they are in, others may want to create great players for themselves or their NT etc etc. Now while we all understand only 1 person can win the D1 title and only 1 person can win the B3, but the sense of progression, the feeling you are getting somewhere and you can see the improvements, that you can make choices that impact what you can achieve, is still vital.

That's why one of the reasons that the transfer market has been allowed to change dramatically and grow out of control is bad. Also, the amount of time required to play BB properly is significantly higher than other online simulations. Hattrick can easily take about 10 minutes a week and 1 log-in per week. BB is more demanding, but it is actually slower in terms of progression (training length is similar, but, by design, you can train fewer players compared to a full roster in BB).

BB-Ryan edit: I removed the personal stuff. We're finally getting back on topic now so let's not revert back to discussing the behaviour of people.

I think there have been plenty of good suggestions brought up in the last few years and some involvement from your side would be helpful for sure. Just some "possible/not possible, because"-input would be priceless. At least for me...

Whats up with all those small unannounced changes recently?

Did you have anything specific in mind?

There are like 100 different threads that some managers, including myself have started. Minor stuff like jerseys, court etc., micronation issues, training, draft... almost every part of BB has seen some ideas and suggestion to see some changes.

Right now, I would welcome a total overhaul of the training system (get rid of this position-nonsense, speed it up a bit), if the draft was abandoned and youth teams introduced that would be awesome, the league structure in small countries could be changed (instead of 1-4-16, to 1-1-2, or 1-2-2, in favor of a system that would force more teams in minor leagues).

Maybe give us some facilities to build, that give some bonusses, like a scouting department, medical facilities...
