Just imagine this situation. Manager with a lot of experience in the game go to some small country that have 20-30 users. They have then 40-60 users. We play 2-3 seasons there, BB get some money, we get more new people on BB, 20 new managers join the game in that country we play with our 20-30 2nd clubs.
Do you really think those 20 new managers will ever reach us, do you think they will ever play in the first division of their country?
It will be disappointing for a user if he can't play in his country 1st division and he say that some guys from Bosnia, Mexico, USA, China and etc play there. On that way, people will not be interested to play the game.

Would some of you like to be in that situation? You play in II or III league and watch people from other countries play in your 1st league?

This is where we hold them!

4. secondary team used to buy and retire possible NT players
- manually transfer list the intentionally fired players which weren't free transfered automatically, just like we do now

I could be wrong, but don't the current rules only apply to players actually on the NT/u21 teams? I think the concern here is not about those 18 players, but about the ~50-60 players most countries have as their NT player pool, i.e., guys that are good enough, or nearly good enough, to be considered, that might get there soon, that could be used for specific tactics, or would be called up as injury replacements.

I do not like the rule that the second team can not play in BBB . Why not - only ONE team can participate in BBB - and it is up to the manager to decide ?

We are aware that the local team managers might feel threatened by the new teams. Giving the secondary teams the ability to compete in B3 would annoy local managers even more. This way they keep their representatives in the B3 as their own.

I believe its an inevitable choice.

Imagine, all of a sudden, in 2-3 seasons time, ten us or chinese or czech etc teams participating in B3. Not good.

Also, being able to go to a micronation and target B3 in no time, would make several good teams that are stuck in division I and II in their respective countries, turning their well founded teams into farms and making their secondary team, primary.

That would cause a decrease of quality in big nation leagues, a chaotic situation regarging all aspects of training and an under par B3 for many seasons.

Most of all, in this case, we're not speaking about secondary team, but two equal teams for the manager to decide what to do with them.
Straight away, this would be unfair and a huge disadvantage for the non-supporters, contadicting BB's philosophy.
