BB-Ryan edit: I removed the personal stuff. We're finally getting back on topic now so let's not revert back to discussing the behaviour of people.

I think there have been plenty of good suggestions brought up in the last few years and some involvement from your side would be helpful for sure. Just some "possible/not possible, because"-input would be priceless. At least for me...

Whats up with all those small unannounced changes recently?

Did you have anything specific in mind?

There are like 100 different threads that some managers, including myself have started. Minor stuff like jerseys, court etc., micronation issues, training, draft... almost every part of BB has seen some ideas and suggestion to see some changes.

Right now, I would welcome a total overhaul of the training system (get rid of this position-nonsense, speed it up a bit), if the draft was abandoned and youth teams introduced that would be awesome, the league structure in small countries could be changed (instead of 1-4-16, to 1-1-2, or 1-2-2, in favor of a system that would force more teams in minor leagues).

Maybe give us some facilities to build, that give some bonusses, like a scouting department, medical facilities...

From my understanding the main reason why the decision was made to go with positional training was for the sake of game design.
Step back and take a real look at it.

It is this way mainly because the early programmers had their background in Hattrick, where the same training system exists. Can anyone imagine any other genuine excuse for the illogical stuff? Never mind that it works poorly in a game where the players typically play a full game so minutes aren't important, it works even more poorly in a game where substitutions are the norm.

If they really want competition among all managers at all levels they could simply reform training so that it made sense to all managers at all levels, then let everyone compete on the court. I don't think they want that much competition.
