OD and ID to be high. No one likes to train defense and I'm hoping to make money off it lol

Here's my PF that i've been working on since he was 18. This season i'm focusing solely on OD, aiming at at least Strong before changing, might do a bit on 1v1 to raise Dr & Ha to Strong aswell... Have you guys got any ideas?

Dieter Augsburger (19410934)

Potential: allstar

Jump Shot: respectable(7) +2 Jump Range: strong(8) +1
Outside Def.: average(6) Handling: inept(4) +2
Driving: respectable(7) +3 Passing: strong(8) +1
Inside Shot: strong(8) +3 Inside Def.: proficient +2
Rebounding: strong(8) ↑ +6 Shot Blocking: proficient(9) +2
Stamina: inept(4) Free Throw: pitiful(2)

Experience: pitiful(2) +1

put a lot of work into him. he improves slowly and isn't much better than some 18yo premium drafts. but i like him, so he is my favorite trainee ;-)

I'm training him as a PF. What would be the smartest skill for me to train next and so on? I'm currently doing one on one (Forwards).

Jump Range or Rebounding. JR trains slower as the trainee gets older. he may be shorter then most PF but it still trains slowly.

I would train JR because it would elastic effect JS and is hard to train with age. Also wait on the DR for later on in the plans because DR is not slowed by height and can pop easier later in seasons. RB should be on the agenda soon because he is short for PF but just right for SF. Good luck!

Goal: Allaround PF

What should I do:
This season: Train 1vs1 until average/respectable and then train the rest of the secondaries to average/respectable - OR - train all of the other secondaries since 1vs1 is fairly quick to train?

Next season: Start to train his primaries - OR - continue to train his secondaries for one more season and train his primaries until he is capped?

Thanks

Since you've conceded the season to an extent due to our tough conference, I think I'd try to get him a little 1 position PAS and OD training. You don't have to worry too much about wins and losses, so he can freely play PG. It'll hurt his chances at being a core piece on Canada U21, but he'd still probably make the team because he's really good and it'd be really beneficial for him overall.
