A lucky fan played for the opponent in the final 3~4 minutes of this game, it seems the lucky fan is a good player, how can I sign him for trial?

I think the crunch did it for him. And I think his ratings would have been different without 2 players fouling out (the 3rd fouled out at the very end).

Quite shitty analysis really :P.

As a rule of thumb I think you need around 20 BB-stats difference (when there are no injuries) to be reasonably safe when playing TIE vs Crunch. BB-stats were 146-127 in your favour so you were there, but as mentioned that number is probably misleading due to foul outs and crunch time (it's not reflected in the ratings).

Buzzer-manager also shows "efficiency" and that was 113-111 to him. It's common for efficiency to be skewed compared to BB-stats if there is a big difference in effort or if there is garbage time/foul outs/injuries.

I think you were unlucky of course. Without the Crunch or without HCA I think you probably win that game even if his starters don't foul out. The problem is that the ratings are not really telling you anything clear in this case, because of the crunch and the foul outs.

Your GDP was great but they had HCA which made it a little closer, also are you sure they had -3 enth? I think the main things are them having HCA and them making 28-35 free throws. Generally when you send a team to the line over 30 times and the shoot 80% or better from the line, they are going to win.

Their starters were a lot better than yours, and you were kind of fortunate that the 110+ PP100 that his SG position scored saw his starter shoot 5-20. Beyond that and the fouls, there's the fact that even with the GDP their outside offense was roughly as much better than your perimeter defense as yours was to there's, and they owned the inside matchups, were slightly better on the boards and more than slightly better on the flow. But other than all that . . .
