I think that Charles has sometimes, how to say decently, his own way of understanding the game. On the other side is probably hard to do any ballance inside/outside, because principially we have only one defence skill for outside players (OD) and 3 defense skills for big mens (ID, RB and SB).

Well, outside players have to have support for Jumpshot by JR and I think even HA and DR makes it more effective generally. While for the inside players is fair enough just to have IS.

In this context is probably fair to say that salary demands should be somehow equal.

if you say it like that, you have one attacking skill for inside player IS(maybe two DR), and four five for guard JS, JR, Passing, Dr, Hn.

I haven't mentioned this message before. I mentioned it last yesterday while reading JosefKa salary formula (182771.1).
I don't want to escalate the situation again. Just one calm recommendation think of way how to announced in advance any salary changes in future. We know there will be changes in salary every season, but it really makes difference if e.g. wage bill is 900k and manager doesn't know whether after update it will be due to traning and wage "deflation" 800k, 850k or 1M. Then it's little bit of lottery and betting whether deflation will be lower or higher. E.g. I would make different decisions (training, transfers) if I expect 800k wage bill comparing to expectation of 1M wage bill.

Since the salary restructuring is based on the global economy, taking a look at TL prices should give you a general idea of how salaries will move. To ask for more is just another attempt to be spoon fed, in my opinion. Make your decisions. If they are right, great. If they are wrong, great. So far I have been correct all three seasons in my guess about my wage bill, and I am no JosefKa. Then again, I don't take this game as seriously as you do, so it's not such a big deal to me.

Once I scored a basket that still makes me laugh.

So, maybe you could be salary barometr and give us your estimation 2-3 weeks before salary update every season ...

I think it's not so easy, this season I expected much lower decrease or eventually I wouldn't have been suprised by raise due to 1) increase of users throwing money to global economy, 2) not paying wages during playoff which throwed money to economy as well as drop of TV contract didn't fully compensate the drop
