Key situations. Like most Cup games, playoff games, NT games, etc.? If we're saying the same thing, there is no reason to be argumentative. Otherwise, I can act like kozlodoev and try to one-up you all day, but neither of us will be learning anything in the process.

if i understand it rigth he like to explain why draftees could have respectable Experience at this point, and the old guys have atrocious - in way of generation this is changed today.

yeah but they don't say that they implement that this way, i would say in this area the second quote is more accurate because you could see Xp jump pretty regular if you notice the minutes and Xp after each match.

One manager in germany did this for asome seasons, sadly i didn't find the thread where he published it and now he had quits the game.
