Yeah,going forward throughout the seasons,the Tv contract of the first divisions became inadequate as the way to see the overall level of a BB country,because the difference between the top leagues all over the world is became smaller(except for you,that are becoming much more stronger than the other :D ),and they are useful only to see the difference between the top teams in the world

To see the overall level of a country,everyone have to see mainly at the Tv contract of the second and third leagues,where there's a great number of teams and you can evaluate how it's difficult to fight to reach the top,where many things are different,as team structures and strategies

As an example,I can rightly say that the level of first division is higher in Germany than in Italy,but overall Italy is stronger than German,as the contract I see in the BB global deutsch forum(and a 10k diference in proportion is a greater difference in lower leagues than in the top league)
