Pimentel got shut down. Scary how beastly he is against some teams.

ya he did and today was infact the first time he got less then 10 boards since 9/01/2011 n that was season 17.... him and mirco have to play well for him to win...... and against you i thought holtz was the difference maker and once he got into foul trouble my team kinda tookover.... i dont think i can pull of any road wins against you anymore

I'll be trying to train Holtz' inside skills for the rest of the season. I think you still have a superior team, but I do think I'll have a good chance at home if I can keep my guys GS around strong/proficient. I am going to try to make it farther in the Cup this year, so it might be more difficult to manage my GS properly.

ya he can be a really good SF.... my cup runs done after this week just gonna concentrate on the league games and get HCA in the playoffs so i can make the finals again

I find it funny that none of this really matters. We will all lose to Serenity Now! anyways :)

lol true unless you go and spend the 2 million on 100k guards and beat him :P.... you should get a trainee for sure basically got a season and a half till you promote

I'm not going to say its a huge upset as his line-up wasn't his greatest, but I beat Serenity Now! and his 135k shooting guard. I started a few scrubs as well and my 4.5k scrubby guard held his own. I think I have a good shot in the cup game with another weird line-up, as my gameshape is pretty outstanding this week. But I think I might have a little worse game shape next week.

well he underestimated you, your team has never looked like the greatest on paper and everyone knows that but you still win cause you know what your doing.... good luck in the cup im basically done in it, gotta focus on league maybe i learn something from your game and pull an upset as well ;)

Well if it looks like I will be able to snag HCA. I will try. With both teams ahead of me losing I am only a game back!

It wasn't that I underestimated him, it was that I didn't get my lineup set on saturday and my minutes/training got screwed up as a result. To be honest I didn't really look at his team, I was just trying to sort minutes. I have been doing a terrible job staying on top of my training.

To be honest I may not be the one to promote. My guard that everyone talks about will be sold soon. I just wanted one more pop first, but I keep messing up by not getting my training minutes in properly so I may not wait any longer. I'm trying to focus on training so there is no reason for me to be taking 150K losses every week if that's the case. To be honest I don't much like him anyways. He's not good enough defensively, I bought him with everything else trained up higher and I figured it was perfect because I was training OD with my other trainees but my poor activity meant his minutes got missed too often so I never got his defense to where it needed to be for him to really be great. Too bad really. He should have become dominant.


I could buy somebody to replace him late in the season for playoffs, but I haven't decided if I want to go that route or not.

yup and that could make a huge difference in beating serenity now, if you try going for that
