anyway as i wrote in the other thread(32906.1), training seems very complicated to me...
maybe we can find out a few things or better some %, to make the training more efficient, like a lvl 10 trains 20% faster than a lvl 8 or 175cm player trains driving 20% faster then a 211cm player...or you reach 100 skillpoints and get slower training coz your player reached the max allstarpotential, or 47mins is only 90% training...
is there anybody in here who can provide such informations?

by asking this your already giving away a key recipe of the game engine.

i doubt they will give it! since after all this what makes the game interesting!

ok the thing is i can train 2 players or 4 very good multiskilled and so on, but what if i buy 15 young players do teamtraining and let them all reach their maximum potential maybe this way would be much better for my whole team and i could improve faster?
right now i dont know where my training is going to and i might do something wrong or so, i like to get at least a few hints to do a good training agenda....

maybe he did both ;)

ror could you answer his questions. No i find there are to much sideeffects on training, and i like games a bit predictable because you could plan and such things ;) Plans are pretty good in strategic games, but for this is must important to know if they are possible or not.

ok if i planing to buy an new player, which i like to train to seasons which potential should i look for(startingsskills around average respektable), how bad is if he was one year older and how much should i pay more for additionell 10cm?

actually all this questions i would answer with guess it, and not to much but a bit.
