im changed my training zone after training update.. And my power forvets playing sg this week, so they cant get training after your mistakes..
Why dont you tell us ''We are rerun the training update. And dont change your training sort and zone.''

May be you can rerun training update at tomorrow morning. and we can change training type whats we wants training zone for our players..

Thanks!

I hope the serious issues can be filtered from the sarcasm....

I would stress however, that it is a back handed complaint and therefore I hope it is eligible for a potential supporter prize/refund.

It is prompt, concise and highlights what about 0.1% of other BB managers are feeling like.

If I had a team of 3-5k wage players I would be more concerned with complaining about resale % on transfers as I would be concentrating on day trading and not overly concerned with training... ;-)

Best solution? In my view...

Run no training this week. Add one week of scrimmages to the end of the season. Add one week to all supporter packages.

Say you are very sorry (again). Training is just about the biggest thing in this game after the ME. You can't mess around with it and settle for a partial solution, it either has to work as planned for all, or not happen.

Kind regards,
Elmacca.

There are so many things wrong with this text and how you handled this.. if you cant be bothered to really fix things at least edit in some respect for the users who clearly and rightfully are frustrated.

Lessons to be learned if something goes wrong:

- Make an/the announcement reflect what you are about to do...
..and what the users shouldnt.

- Consider the timezones.. the ones awake and logged in are the ones who will be affected.

- When you make "rushed" changes you are (almost) all the time in some way penalizing the ones who really like this game and PLAN way ahead. This is true of economics, GE changes and/or as in this case a not so elegant bug-fix.

May I add, if not obvious, that those people also are your customers. The ones who pay for this.

I can appreciate the apology that's for sure were all human and sometimes mistakes lead to rash decisions.

I planned really well this week knowing I'm playing 2 teams that have strong Centers are their main position so I felt it would be best to train Inside Defense to counter this.

I got the pop's I wanted both of the players trained popped. I promptly changed my training and headed out for my day..

To come back to find out I have one pop of driving on one of my player's are is one of my worst players and gets little play time.

So instead of going 1-1 out of my 2 games this week I may end up going 0-2.. I guess I might have to CT one of them now instead

Those are the breaks sometimes you win sometimes you lose.

I don't think you can shake it off as "them's the breaks" - I plan my training so that when I need to play players out of position to give them the training I want, it is against the weaker teams in my league. I carry $15k of extra salary to give me flexibility. Training is hugely important to my view of this game - I feel I have been handicapped because someone hasn't done their job well enough, compounded by poor communication of what would have to be done to fix it and what steps we could take as a community to help.
The 'fix' hasn't worked, so just 'reset'.
