How many times in an NBA do you see a guy get fouled shooting a 3 and how many times do you see it in BB. it happens on average for me more than 1 per game. That is for both teams. I had 1 game where i fouled the same shooter 3 or 4 times from 3.

that is the basis here.

You got to know when to hold em, know when to fold em, Know when to walk away and know when to run. You never count your money when youre sittin at the table. Therell be time enough for countin when the dealins done.

Did you bother to check your player stats that fouled that many times in that game and who was he playing against and what tactics were used. Have you looked at the same players other games and who were guarding him and did they foul him behind the arc. Well atleast I know my players so much that I can predict (ofcourse not 100%) usually the situations where the foul might occure. Last game I had one of backup team shooter fouled 3-4 times at the 3 point line. That was done late in the game with opponent playing FCP so stamina issues kicked in + his players are not also top notch. Now the question is do these things happen for the top teams in BB? To the all around players? Without having top players with all around skills you can not say it happens too often.

Neither could you afirm the opposite, since - no offense - you are in IV.div and with very sucky players.

Theres the difference as I rarely foul on 3-point shots -> because I have good players for my league. Do you see where I am going with this?

so why my oobservation are bad, i play in one top league of BB and also bring NT experience into it ;) Thats exactly what you like to see, and my crappy players(your words) get fouled pretty often, which is also against your theory.

Speak english much??? Read my posts again I told you that my player talk was answer to T-Mac user...
You have a few decent players just saying you are playing in a league where you should relegate or you should be close to one. Just feel lucky you are on the right side of the table:)
I'm not going to explain it to you again.
I will though give you pointers what you should look for in my latest posts in this thread. Defence, tactics, player skills, fouling inside outside rate, stamina. Start with those and then send me bb mail if you still do not understand my point. No need to drag this out too long on the forums...

mostly man to man as defence ;) less 2-3 Zones, much player who are trained in OD "primary" also in Stamina, a top league with pretty strong players ... That what you are looking for.

Speak english much

if you bully about orthography, start with correct english first.

I believe that my english is understandable, i know it isn't perfect but it ain't my first language so i can live with it.

It's not about you orthography... The above shows that you did not understand again what I wanted you to do:(
So basically what I ment with my last post was "read all my posts that I have written to this topic in case you misterpeted anything". Please do not put words in my mouth after not fully understanding of who or what I am talking about.
English is not my first language aswell. It's ok to write badly imo:D

the team was playing look inside for the record. It was my top defender on my team who was a 9 or 10 on outside defense at that time. I have also had one of my big men get fouled shooting a 3 and if i was the opposite teams coach i would not have guarded him for at least 5 feet from the basket.

My point is that never in my life as a player fan or coach seen the same defender or offensive player get fouled 3 times in the same game from 3 point range. Forget jump shots.

You want to bet on that? 3 times fouled at 3 points range is rare but it happens and has happened plenty of times. It is not happening as often as here but remember the GE is playing position against position so basically when in real life you go doubleteam a PF outside shooter get's a wide open shot. Here noone goes for double team. Now even if the pf has bad range and he decides to shoot or a C then he will get fouled by inept outside defence PF or C. Based on my own playerbase and team experience.
BTW all near the backboard shots are actually counted as jump shots performed by big men and these get fouled a lot in real games aswell. Not everything is a driving layup or a dunk.
