LI is more 2pter than any other tactic. In my opinion its faster any tactic on the game. I have played run and gun with a 50-70k guards . Just to see if Li was faster and sure enough it is. In out side tactic, you don't get what you pay for.

Before addressing that specifically, on the concept of the tax, I'll just say that the NBA, NHL, NFL and MLB all have luxury taxes or salary caps, and that's just in the US. There's also all sorts of financial fair play rules in English football/soccer, including teams being penalized in the standings for financial reasons. And even beside that, it's a manager game - not an ownership game, and I can guarantee you that any manager at the league level of 99% of the teams in BB who proposed salaries that exceeded revenues by a significant amount would be flat out rejected by ownership or the board.

Back to that - part of the speed of the tactic is the quality of the opposing defense. Even Princeton, which is slower than the average cast member of the Jersey Shore, will still get shots off quickly for me if I run it in the early Cup rounds against a bot or a bad team. Likewise, often playing against LI I'll still see the opposition go late into the shot clock because my defense generally holds up well against that tactic.

Look you neglect to add there other things that are written to balance that tax they have it not direct like BB. it does not restrict who can you afford or have directly. it not based on training to afford. if that was the case LeBron would have never played in miami heat team and Joe Montana never for the chiefs ,.same as past players being traded and pick up via free agent market all across sports.. I have never seen a tax restriction stop a team from getting a attractive star. It has never happened. Jordan went to the wizards they didn't have salary to pay him. 30 million a year.

I don't like how some get their self heard and mess-up good game because they cant compete. Madd because they cant win a championship and lack money skill then pull some trianing to afford bull. My feeling is teams are going to train regardless. Training don't win everybody championships, it should not make the BB world go around, every man shouldn't be cut from the same cloth. Its boring. It take a lot of avenues to win a championship regardless if its a video game or real life.

okc thunder built a team, how many championship do they have?. maimi bought. spurs bought. dallas bought. celtic's bought. laker bought. ny ranger bought. Washington caps. bought. ny yankess bought. boston redsox bought. detriot tigers bought. All the adapt stuff is wrong to say.

How the hell do some say adapt after you already set things up. Then take people hard work away with a tax and train to afford rules , then expect them to stick around. Then don't want to hear nothing about it.. Its wrong, it sap the fun out the game. No body want to start over and play beat the tax.


Li is best tactic in the game because it beat every tactic in the 9-10 times. End of discussion for me, show me a tactic that has more championships used to it merits. defense be damed. There's no miss match needed to discuss, Li is just damn better built.

div 4 is no different than division 2. filled with more manager is the kicker. What are they playing.. Li. There for of course it going to be harder to promote. Who ever has the best Li team is going to promote and win.

Yes I have learned how to score more than 100pt every tactic thats outside. Its not hard to do the kicker is Li will out score regardless. GDP Is a slight prayer to win. I don't have a advantage over anybody because the fact is , it already was done before I got here on BB. I just read about it and tried it.



You don't even understand the rule. look no div 3 team and below can buy a million player nor afford his per week by new rules.. . Only the rich can. if someone build a beastly youth. That team cant keep him because of wage 85% of the time . They will sell him., why miss out on 1-2 million or more. Who has that kind of money the upper teams do. Who are the upper teams. The Rich.

Now every top league team is not rich. Alot are poor today just getting by. you know why. they had to rebuild or the new rule and the tax. Simple fact is the rich give money to the poor and the teams get better for both. In small the upper league give money to the lower. Which is Trickle Down economic. I didnt stuck by oet hard at all , as matter of fact. Never been in the red. I think it wrong to make people tear down their hard work and money paid in honesty play, for sake of a tax and other jealous ambition from others, because they have more money than they do. Its not right..

BB is dying a slow death... by having to read post after post after post of this. Kickers are in football. You (for the umpteenth time) can by a player for a million dollar bid but cannot buy one for a huge salary that a div 4 team can't afford. Div 4 is different than div 2. 4 is a different number than 2 last I looked.

Like someone wrote earlier, use your time to improve your team and stop blabbing. If you have 3 million or whatever you have - USE IT - or all you have is a crappy team with a lot of money and a crappy manager who is hoarding money and not improving your team.

Maybe I need to talk like you to get thru to you. Many time a someone tells you. How to improve you're team. 3 trainees, better arena prices. But you're posts just blah blah blah. that record is broke. but still it spin around and the speaker keeps playing the repeat music and people stuck listen to it day by day and paying too much tax. trickle down..

More folk like your self sit back and except any damn things and be happy. And some like myself stand up and tell the person they are wrong. People like you include non effective things like taxes on the game. What for. fair ness who has it helped.?

But the rich.. Look man I have amassed over 17 million in 12 season time. I'm on siting 3.2 million today. next season 4.9 or 5.million.. I know what the damn hell well , im talking about when I debate the climate of BB. In stead of disagree open your freaking ears and listen to point of view. For dam sake of the damn game. Not for me but the damn sake of the damn game.


Im show you something. Look usa when it using trickle down economic under bush.. He went to war on everything, same BB going to war on everything. The economy collapsed. bb economy is collapsing. gas . food. clothing ect went sky high in usa..

Trainer, player and everything on BB is sky high.. We can sit here and blame utopia for all the trouble the be. but it many ,many factors to make it work. Or we open our dam eye and fix the dam game, meet people half way to fix the game.

You and your peers and sit here and play the you vs me stuff and say I got so &so in my corner. But it wont be long before there nobody left. That Reality of BB. Look at the number drop rate.

It was never like that before in the free enterprise and free market economy. If they fixed LI unbalanced ment, No body would have left in droves. if they fixed the BB draft Long ago. No one would have left in droves. This not problem I started. You claim what ever you like. You don't have to respect me or my point of view. But when the game is said to be shut downn you damn well will.!! Believe that partner!

there is one day of delay in my utopia tournament, I can't set up the formation for the playoff cause the final positions are wrong. Well this is the second offseason in utopia, it's pretty hard to understand how such things can happen after 28 seasons. This is something not good for BB life, not personally for me that I've seen other bugs and I can tolerate its but could be for someone else. No idea what's wrong this time...

It's not done for the USA yet either. The end of season update that generates the playoff schedule is always a very long one.
