mida üldvormi treenimine juurde annab???kas ainult mänguvorm tõuseb või tõusevad ka mängija skillid???ei ole ise üldvormi treeninud.

kui rangelt seda nädala mängu ülempiiri järgida, mul saavad paar põhimeest nädalas ca 80-85 min mänguaega, kas peaks proovima veidi vähendada või on see veel OK?
