Wow, I've never seen a guy have such completely lopsided skills!

For sure he could be a very good back court player. You'd probably be best off deciding if you want him to be a PG or a SG. In my opinion its a tight call because he already has good handling for a player his age but his mediocre passing is a problem if he's going to play the PG in the long run. He probably is best off as a SG so you'd be best off training his shooting and OD. If you keep training his OD his ID should get a few pops as well. But really you could turn this guy into a highly specialized shooter and lock down perimeter defender within a few years and he'd definitely have a fair shot at hitting the U21s I'd imagine.
