I think I could have taken him. I'm not up on deep analysis of results, but my superficial reading is that I did what I needed to do to give myself the best chance to win, and it didn't work out.

I would say that you win that game many more times than you lose it. But I did not watch that game, not sure if there is anything to explain your terrible 2nd quarter.

Anybody notice that world #2 Ice Storm BC lost to a really low seed? I have no idea how that happened. With a quick look, the difference seems to be the fouls difference, but does anyone know why the foul difference would be so large? They both used the same tactics and Ice Storm had way better ratings

Some luck, I'm sure. Home court. dhoff said in a fed post that he probably should have played an outside offense.

I think it's fair to say that the gap between the #1 (or #2) team in the world and the #100 team is getting smaller and smaller.

Tough draw in the round of 8 with the #3 ranked team in the world. It should be a great game to watch.
