The calculation I made is just an assumption to maximise revenue because it earns alot more by building just lower tier instead of bleacher if the soft cap for attendance is 20k seats.

Anyway, I just thought of another question, using the link you provided as an example, what if he have only 4500 bleacher and his lower tier is 8000, and his price is the maximum like it is now, the attendance for bleacher he gets is 8850 right and since that I'm assuming he has only 4500 bleachers, will the remaining of the 4350(8850-4500) fill-up the lower tier seats or maybe increase the lower tier seats by even an amount assume that the system works like reality, bleacher people can't afford to buy lower tier seats but still wanted to watch the game.

Just presumption, don't compare it with reality.

Maybe someone did a research regarding the above case, mind sharing it?

Consider this:
There are a particular number of fans for your team that want to come and see this particular game.
Each fan has a budget. This budget could be 4 dollars, it could be 25 dollars, it could be 5000 dollars, basically it can be any amount.
Every fan will buy the most expensive ticket that they can afford.
So a fan that has a budget of 5000 dollars will buy a luxury box.
A fan that has a budget of 150 dollars might buy a courtside seat ticket if the price is under 150 dollars, but if the courtside seat ticket price is higher than 150 then the fan will buy a lower tier ticket.

If you have your bleacher ticket prices at 16 dollars then lets say you sell 17000 seats approximately like this team:
http://www.buzzerbeater.com/team/26862/arena.aspx
This team is one of the top teams in Italy and is selling 2100 lower tier seats at 65 dollars.
This shows that at 65 dollars there are not many fans that can afford it.
Every fan that has a budget less than 65 dollars but more than 16 dollars (price of bleachers) will buy the bleacher seats.

Basically, having about 15000 bleachers, 5000 lower tier and 500 courtside seats and 50 luxury boxes is close to the "perfect" arena. This type of arena will allow you to make (according to people that have researched it) as much income as possible (if I remember correctly - the answer is provided in the thread I posted in an earlier post).

Dear Naker Virus,

I have something to discuss with you.

May I know how sure are you that the attendance is base on the fans budget?

My bleacher has already filled up with full attendance and the price is near price ceiling, from what I mention earlier on this message>(156442.21), I really wanted to find out whether is it possible to earn 600k more, but to do that I'll have to play until my team become a great team that will attract a high enough number of crowd and until then I won't be building any bleachers. By doing so, there will be a lots of unearn bleacher revenue if the extra bleachers fans who can't get a bleacher ticket does not actually go for the lower tier.

It would be a waste for me if at the end I find that the attendance actually goes by following the fans budget you mention and not the 20k seats cap.

For now, I can't stand watching my bleachers always fully filled and not expanding it, but if I built it and found out that earning the extra 600k profit is possible, I might have to consider making a new team to get back a limited bleacher of 4500 in order to earn extra 600k per week. It wouldn't be good because I'll have to start all over from the beginning again after building a team for many seasons.

It won't be a good news if earning extra 600k is possible by not building any bleacher, because I think most of the player will have to consider creating a new team and go all over again from beginning. And from this statement, it makes me think that earning the extra 600k by limiting the bleacher doesn't actually makes sense but it is still possible unless there is someone who tried it before and found out that the attendance doesn't actually work that way.

I'm not sure whether you get what I meant but try to list out on which point you can't get, I'll edit it.
