Hello. My name is Raúl.

I appear to these choices to trainer, with the only intention of saying to the persons that they live in Barbados a thing:

- Vote neither for Italians, nor for Portuguese, nor for Frenchmen, nor for even to Spanish as me as native manager (coach) of Barbados.

- ONLY vote for people of Barbados for the selection... Since the only ones that feel the blue and yellow colors of Barbados, are you, the persons who have born there.

A greeting to all.

I absolutly agree. Choose someone from your country.

A person that would have a good reletions with the NT coach and that would encourrage managers to train players for NT. Don't look for a solution in dump IV or III european leagues. They may have some more experience in bb but Barbados U21 will be for them just an another challenge and non the greatest honour.

Only people from Barbados can feel the heart beating of your NT. Only they can engage themselves fully.
