Big 8 teams Review (by Eric Press Release)

5. EricUnited

EricUnited (currently ranked 6th in Singapore), six times SBBL league champion and five times Singapore Cup champion have not won anything since season 13. With Eric's latest declaration to start grooming local player and also the departure of Cedomir Gušic (averaging 21.2 pts and 23.4 rbs last season), the fans are getting worried their glory days will never return in the near future and also starts questioning the manager's passion for the game.

Eric responded that the fire in him is still burning strong and given time new players Augusto Gomez (Point Guard) and Željko Krivokapić (Centre) will prove doubters wrong.

"For the first time in the club history, we got a good 18yo draft in Yong Leng Jie. Hopefully we can groom him to become a future U21 Small Forward. SBBL are getting tougher each seasons but we remain hopeful that we still can secure a playoff spot."
