I think we need some clarifications about BoA defences, from the introduction we had no explanations.

Mainly two things aren't clear:

- The best player/scorer is guarded M2M. How is "the best" calculated? Before the match or during the match? If before the match, what are the parameters...? Salary? Season average? Others? If during the match I guess that "the best" to guard could change over time.

- The "fifth player" is used to defend M2M. Who is the "fifth man"? The best (outside/inside) defender? Or just the player set in the same position as the opposite "best player"? (eg. the best opposite team's player is a PF... your M2M defender is your PF no matter what?). Is the "fifth man" fixed or changes over time?

And above all: why didn't you designed the system to allow managers (us) to decide which man (or position) to guard and which man to use in M2M defence?

Thanks in advance.

There is a competitiveness problem that I've seen;
In the first division of the three of the largest BB-nations (Spain, France and Italy) there was not even a single team that had joined the game later than season-4 [Checked between season-17 and season-18].
Those BB-nations includes about 25% (in total) of all BB-community.

On other nations, the phenomenon is similar.
On some, there are more "newer" teams due to a smaller number of old teams that had joined on those earlier seasons.
On some, the older teams just left the game.
On some, the older teams tanked to a lower divisions in purpose to explore again features like training a draft-player, which is hardly explored at all on those higher divisions.

The question - what is planned to be done in order of improving this game competitiveness?
A hard Salary-Cap?
A soft Salary-Cap with a Luxury-tax?
A tax on any amount that in the bank, the tax is by a growing percentage?
etc.

Some of us are planning several seasons ahead. With the introduction of new employees I was happy to find this game will probably outlast my plans of 8+ seasons. This season, however, was different: you had to let go two of three new people, site experienced several delays and lack of communication didn't help much (I'm happy to see this is changing). So my question is:

Can you give us a bit of insight into your future plans so we can be sure this game won't vanish in 1-2 year's time? Planning 8 seasons ahead is two years exactly; I know you aren't fortune tellers, but you probably have also long-term plans. Thank you!

Where is the new stuff ? It seems like career stats and some new tweaks should have been put into the game this season. In fact...Where was the season 19 news release?
The game is moving forward but in terms of FUN...it is standing still. In fact..I have never seen an online game not introduce new features for so long(almost a year). (I don't count those stupid polls, that was unneeded junk).

1- Why do teams benefit so much more in terms of profit when they win away matches and lose home games instead of the other way around?

2- Do you plan on changing the home court advantadge, or do you think it's good the way it is now?

Are you planning to create confederations for the small countries.

Meaning - putting a bunch of small BB-nations together, in a single league, until they will get big enough.
The NT may still be kept per BB-nation.

Moreover, why having correlation between the BB-nations and the actual countries?
Use some imaginary world, and add the same amount of teams to each federation.

Is this something you are planning to do?

Now that the economy has reached an equilibrium (no salary drop this season), are you guys happy with the current situation?
In particular concerning the following two issues:
- I find the player's value far too low as compared to its salary (talking mainly in the range of 50-100k salary).
- I find the economic distance among leagues far too large. This season again 3 out of 4 team relegated last season from SerieA, were promoted back to SerieA (and the forth was just unlucky in the playoff).

Thanks

I have deleted a few posts that were not questions. If you can't follow the protocol, please don't post. Also, RiP suggested that there are a limited number of questions that will be answered, so please keep that in mindwhen considering what you really want to know. So far, some of these questions have been great. Keep it up!!!

I would like to know if there has been any serious consideration into creating regional leagues or are there other ideas about addressing the community concerns about small nation/big nation dichotomy or if the developers feel comfortable with the current alignment of countries and leagues?
