100% spot on. This is the biggest challenge for U21...getting quality bigs. I've spend the last 6 seasons training U21 Worlds year bigs (1 in s27, 2 in s29, 1 this season) to help address this problem. After being cursed with too few Worlds bigs in my two terms as coach I knew this was the best way to help U21 (at least a better way than my coaching L:)). But we always need more people doing this for U21 to be successful.
I'm also going to start training U21 world bigs because not many managers train want to train U21 bigs. Phyr has been doing a great job but we just don't have talent that we had with EBW. His teams were very very good except his season 28 Americas team. Season 29 worlds gold was due to some great coaching by EBW and Stewart Tripp along with some cruical call-ups toward the end.

Just to let you guys know I will be running for the Season 56 U21 Election. I am looking for a strong support group, so if you think you can snag me some votes against an opposing hrudey or DukeWard, please BB-Mail me ASAP.

My best player is planning on having many children in about five seasons, so I think they will be prime candidates to play on the S56 U21 team. I just hope I can draft them and train them to your specifications.

Based on recent documents served during practices and a review of current trends and forecasts, our analytics department confidently projects that approximately 183% of the draft pool will be the offspring of Morgan Menard and a large group of women at or about the 35th percentile of attractiveness and/or toothedness at the various trailer parks near the arenas in which the Clogs play.

(Sadly, the results were just inconclusive enough to not rephrase "large group of women" as "group of large women" though there's certainly tons of anecdotal evidence, if you see what I've done there).

Could potentially be a large group of large women. Livin' Large.

A little dated. "Heroically proportioned" is where the fat is at these days.

Group hug!

Why haven't we ruled out "Women with large groups" yet?

I think everyone should give Duke a little break. Guy seems to really like BB and I love to see someone want to get more involved.

That being said it really took me well over a year of helping out with scouting and gameplanning for both U21 and the NT to really understand how the international game works. If you want to be a future U21 manager you should join the offsite, start training some U21 players preferably bigs (the upcoming draft is going to be a World's class), help out with scouting next season, and help with gameplanning the rest of the World's tournament.

I havent been online in a week due to medicine correction at the hospital. I posted a club diary in the offsite and have joined already. Yes I would like to take a step further to understanding how internatioal games work and help out with scouting.

Heading on the right path so far. Are you?
