A shot by Burkinshaw just didnt drop to level scores on the final siren. Looking at the ratings, we certainly put ourselves in the right position to win... but fell short by 2pts. The GDP didnt work in our favour, but it did get them to steer away from an inside offense, and allowed us to play LI without being double GDP'd. Still, no trophies for this tournament, just the home court advantage for next season. Great season with a really, really strong group of players!

this was by far the best bid to win teh consolation tourney as a non-eu team!

you are the real winner imo! doesn't matter if the scoreline tells you otherwise. Job very well done!
