That's why I said at least. Even without the youth trainer, we're talking at least 15 tsp head start for an 18 year old.

I have trained a 19 year old with better skills than all that you mentioned and that was before he turned 27. That said, you're still missing the point.
It is far better to train an 18 year old to 140 tsp and have 5-6 seasons at their peak while training the next trainees than to train a 19 year old up to his 30s to reach the same level.
