I totally support this. One very important flaw has been brought up by Yellow Cake: secondary teams stealing top draft picks.

I suggest secondary teams get merchandise boost for NT/U21 players from the country secondary team is in. Basically I'd play in USA, train USA NT player and if he ever plays for USA NT, I get same merchandise boost as I get for my primary team when one of my NT players plays for Slovenia.

This would not only prevent the pick stealing to an extent, but secondary team would be much more welcomed in a country if it means he will contribute to their U21 or NT cause.

I would think this would already have to be in place. (This topic is going so quickly that I haven't caught up so I apologize if it's already been brought up). The fact that you're a manager from Slovenia would only apply to your second team in that you can't obtain players of Slovenian nationality by any means on your second team; as far as the second team goes, it's in the USA leagues (in this example) so the merchandise/tournament expectations/secret bonus we get against foreign clubs will all apply as it would for any other USA team.

@ Steve Karenn, and you're not a Supporter right? I rest my case...

So what? This doesn't change anything about cheating issue. And yes, cheating yet exist, and secondary team will only amplify this pheonomenon, so instead of compaining with non-supporters for not agreeing with you and BB for such an awful idea, you can help with some solutions for that issue to make then eventually acceptable to introduce a secondary team

Or eliminate the NT entirely. There's a whole lot of handwringing about "sabotage" this, "farm team" that, over soemthing that's relatively inconsequential to the core game experience. Make the game itself better for the people who want to play it, and the people who are going to cheat for the sideshow of NT games can now find something better to do with their time.

Firstly, I see that you guys are working hard and care about the users and the game. Regardless of the outcome of this proposal (and future proposals), your hard work and dedication is appreciated.

To the issue at hand, there are going to be so many restrictions, and different rules, that it will be a bit odd to play a game that now has different rules and restrictions for different teams. With one team per user, every team is playing by the same rules. Adding the secondary team would then add (hundreds? Thousands?) of new teams that are playing by a different set of rules regarding where they are allowed to draft, who they are allowed to bid on in the transfer markets, how far they can climb the BB ranks etc ... It will add a weird dynamic to what is now a simple system where everyone plays by the same rules. If/when secondary teams become some of the best teams in the game, playing in the top division will lose some of its luster, because you know that you aren't necessarily playing against the best.

If you are going to allow secondary teams, I think they should be allowed in with as few restrictions as possible and play by the honor system and users policing themselves. If some issues of cheating become such a problem, you can implement official restrictions as you go. Just my two cents.

if I understood supporter package, there are a few nice extras. Additives, which never gave the real advantage over the other user. In other words, all users have equal chances.
At a time when this change will come, supporters will be able to acquire new knowledge on the game engine by building alternative team. and this is just what I mean by saying they would be privileged

Seriously, I have had supporter for a few years and don't even use private league
you can get as much out of that

1. I don't understand people saying suporter or a second team gives you an advantage. I pay supporter because I want and I can, it's not needed at all.
2. People is already cheating if they want, even to have another team. Dont see why a second proper team makes it worse.
3. If you want to stop people messing with the transfer list, you could forbid second teams to buy players. That way, it is very unlikely they are a threat for local teams and you dont neeed B3 or other restrictions. Also good for NT.
3. Some people want to have a second team. They even want to pay for it. I don't see any good reason for BB not to make it possible.
4. When I started to play this game (VI league) it was really hard to promote from V to IV league. It took me like 5 seasons and it was really competive. Going further up seemed to be an impossible quest. I enjoy it. My point is that I think its better to compete against real managers rather than bots.
5. I really would like to have a youth team somewhat related with my main team, so I can train and at some point promote players. Please, someone wiser than me, develop this idea.
6. Anyway, if I have some kind of a second team, I would like to train players, so I dont agree with restrictions in the draft.

I think every game needs little innovations occasionally. In this way you keep the passion for it alive; all the changes of season 26 were in this direction and they were good.
But this is a revolution: BB will not be the same game anymore. And I like the way it is now.

I don't agree..I voted no. It's unfair only Supporters to have this feature!! There are some users that can't or they don't want to have a Support package. It's unfair for the rest users. They have already a lot of features that can make their game more excite than the game of those that have a simple account. I think that this feature must be established for all. Otherwise for no one

I would like to know which supporter feature makes the game more exciting? I just bought supporter because I wanted to award the developers for their work. Besides that there is not a single reason for me to renew it.

A second team on the other hand is such a reason to renew it.
