mida üldvormi treenimine juurde annab???kas ainult mänguvorm tõuseb või tõusevad ka mängija skillid???ei ole ise üldvormi treeninud.

kui rangelt seda nädala mängu ülempiiri järgida, mul saavad paar põhimeest nädalas ca 80-85 min mänguaega, kas peaks proovima veidi vähendada või on see veel OK?

minuteid nädala kohta võiks olla umbes 70-75 max. Kas see 80-85 tuleb kahe liigamängu peale?
