ok, so it is not a normal delay. training is stuck again.

the BB staff informed us it is just a delay. Lets wait and see how long it takes before they notice there is even more wrong (again)....

3 hours for Iceland and still no training update. When the summertime was up than the training was happening at this time but now it's still late. I dont know how this things are working but cant they start this update earlier so it will be on time if there is always this delay?

i have suggested so many things over the last few week. i have lost all hope.

the message says it is delayed for 1-2 hours. it is now 3.5 hours... they should have updated this message 1,5 hours ago.
and again 30 min ago. this is how you show good customer support.

but i will stop caring and i will stop paying my supportership when it ends

sorry but this isnt the case.

some people get the message training is done and it shows this weeks pops.some people get the message training is done before the real training results show alot later and for some people there is no message and no training and it is delayed for many many hours.

atleast this is what people are saying, because, off course i am not a developer and dont know about this...

1-2 hours for a 4 hour delay isnt a general time frame.

if you bring your car to the workshop and they tell you it is fixed in 1-2 hours and you go there and it is still not fixed after 4 hours, is that ok and an acceptable statement?

i wont tell you what you should be posting on the website. but try to put yourself in your customers position and maybe you will understand what kind off info we need and what not. but a second update on the website shouldnt hurt anyone. but customer service skills is not something everyone has and i am not saying this because i mean it as criticism...

3 hours in Chile.
Maybe put something like "Delay up to x hours."
