Last but not least, this is favouring the top teams and the unbalance between divisions.

Congratulations to this new fantastic rule.

I didn't mentioned TV revenue&merchandising as TV revenue is the same for all teams and makes no difference. Merchandise could be a point, but I'm not sure how depend it is on last season/this season performance. Maybe it could bring some more money for better ranked team, but I can't calculate how much.
For me the most important is comparing teams with 1 rank difference like 4th vs. 5th or 5th or 6th because I think there is not big difference on next season attendance income and merchandise income dependent on this difference.
Difference in these additional incomes between 2nd and 5th or 6th should be much more difficult to calculate.

Trying to hit the 5th or even 6th position instead of 4th or 3rd lookes really very competitive.
With current value of training it is really big compensation to have more training slots.
So that you understand me right. I’m not complaining about incomes of 1st ranked team. I would like to point to unbalanced situation of almost equal teams which finally end on 1 win or even PD difference at the middle of the table.

This week they didn't pay salaries. If their relegation series end 2-0 or 0-2 they will not pay salaries next week as well. If the series goes to TB at 1-1 they will pay salaries next week.
It follows this statement from the news:
Teams in a relegation series will only pay second week salaries if they end up playing a decisive game during the second week.

I believe there was a long forum debate when these changes were announced, concluding that in sum this is a relative financial redistribution from the top to the bottom within each league; rwystyrk's numbers confirm this in an anecdotal way. This could have a small positive impact by keeping leagues more competitive in the long run. High-ranking teams have the glory of a good season finish and more training slots to compensate for poorer short-term finances.

Finishing on a high rank doesn't mean a poor short-term finance. You could associate his high rank due to a good training plan and a good strategy on the finances.

This change it spoils the comptetition. Why u want to finish 2-3-4th if it's worst than finishing 5th.

Managers will loose interest on trying to be on the higher rank, they will fight for the cup.

Another thing, you imagine a finalist of the cup and ending 5th on the competition, if he dindt have a local game on saturday, he can go divine trick and win the cup with any negative consequence, that would be a LOL.

That change also favours a divine trick to win a CUP if you manage to be on the final and finish on 5th position if oyu have the last game of the season away(and a top team can do that)

The team which ended 7th wrote on our league forum he didn't pay salaries this morning. Can some other team involved in relegation series confirm it?
Edit: It has changed since the morning.
