Hello to all, these are my two forward prospects, what do you guys think I should work on for the rest of this season/next season, it can be anything I'll be taking the season basically off to train.

IS and REB for the 21yo and IS for the 20 yo. Nice job on their secondaries.

I have a good idea on how to train my next player, but two (or more) people know more than one, so I just want to ask for different opinions.

For U21 NT, I'm going to focus on OD, ID and Inside scoring (IS, DR). I don't want to put a lot of training in RB right now because I think it's better to have a U21 player that's great in 2-3 areas than a player who's average in all of them.

After he's done with U21, make him into inside SF with RB 10-11 (higher RB screws up the potential) and OD 16/ID 15. DR and HA as high as possible, PA at least to 12. JS and JR are not that great, so I don't want to spend much time there.

While he is not not best long term trainee he will be my best in the short run. I am working on training him for the U21 team as a PG although he may not qualify due to the way that I would like to train him.
