C: Let the people who want out out. THis isn't on you, but if someone in your nation disagrees with you and wants out of Iran. If they would rather play a real level of competition, they should be allowed to leave. Current BB policy is they have to play in Iran if they live there or in a close country that has no nation of their own. That is bogus. This really is my personal biggest problem with micro. IF htey want to leave Japan, Iran etc....FINE...At LEAST let me out!! It sucks to play no competition! IT sucks to have meaningless b3 ticket you never really could earn.

Sorry for snipping the rest, but I really hope you get your wish. I was thinking earlier about a possible way that could work. I don't see why you (or anyone else, and I'm sure there are many) should have to start over. Perhaps if you could transfer to a new country, with your current bank balance and stadium, but possibly with a similar set of starting players as new starters get. I haven't really thought that through but on first glance it seems fair to me.

Well if they let people out, they certainly need to start over in the new nation. Transferring grandfathered accounts would be ridiculous.

For the Iranian guy, I fully understand him. That is my worst expectation, that - and that matches with the stereotype of Americans who are insensitive to cultural differences and nuances - countries will be merged by the criteria of matching timezones/geographical proximity can be huge trouble...

Iran could be put in the same box with a handful of countries it is ...not to say at war, but at bad terms. Same for Ukraine and Russia, Pakistan + India, Japan + Taiwan + China... Bad moves mostly...

It took me about 2 years to get to Iran's top division, so i think that I've paid my dues. The notion that it is easier to build high quality teams in smaller nations is just not true. At least not in Iran. New teams still have to work their way up, build up their arenas, lay foundations, and get their finances right to be able to compete at a high level nationally, let alone internationally!!! All this takes a lot of time no matter which country you play in. What I mean that laying the foundations for a quality team is expensive and time-consuming no matter where you play. It took me around 10 season to get to my countries top division, and if you check the team history of Yourkville BC which plays in USA's top division currently, it took him/her 11 seasons ! You can take a look at different teams at different leagues all over the world. A number of factors weigh in, but each team's progress has mostly to do with the manager and his/her capabilities. For example we have a first time top division team (just like Yourkville BC in the USA) this season in Iran, who has been playing for 13 seasons. I think you can see my point here.

Your argument is completely irrational !!!! How is us accepting a DIII as our top league fair ? I mean you're saying that teams in small nations have an unfair advantage. Let's say for the sake of the discussion that this is true. So by you're logic, if it's easy for a new team in Iran ( a country with 56 users) to build a high quality team, then it would be much much easier for a same new team to do so in Ecuador or Nigeria or South Korea (respectively with 5, 8, and 3 users). Then how come we have no B3 champions from these so called "small nations" who have "an unfair advantage" ??? 29 times the B3 has been held and during this time, the champion has almost always been from a country with high number of users. The only exceptions are season 10 champion from Japan, season 20 champion from Moldova, and season 16, 24, and 27 champions from Iran. The rest has always been from a country with high number of users which according to you are at a disadvantage compared to the "small nations"!! Or for example let's take a look at Scotland with 14 users. Why is it that the best they have achieved is a B3 semifinalist in season 24 during the history of B3 competitions? I'm telling you this, just to make you realize how ridiculous your argument is. KK Mordor was clearly at a disadvantage when he 3peated from season 30 to 32 in B3 (Who is by the way from Srbija with 480 users). How about the team Dionysus which was clearly affected by the market and staff being dominated by users from small nations as he won the B3 3 times (from china which currently has around 700 users) !! LOL

You're exactly spot on with the point about cultural differences and the matchmaking of these mergings !!

Micro doesn't work. Period. I'm open if someone has a genuine idea to make it work but HOW?? The point is we are stuck playing the same 10 or 12 guys forever. Its NEVER going to be balanced with climbing the latter amongst hundreds or thousands of competitors.

And that sums it up pretty much perfectly. Playing the same 10-12 guys for a few seasons while the ones who do best move up to new challenges and the ones who can't measure up at that time move down is great. Playing the same guys for a few seasons and having no movement whatsoever because if you go 22-0 and win the title or 0-22, you're still in the same league against the same guys is really unappealing. I know I don't have a great answer outside of a hard reset of the game, so hopefully brighter minds than mine prevail on that.
