Obviusly you have to train JS and JR to your PG but i continue thinking that is more important PS, HD and DR if you want to improve an offensive flow director. JS and JR are more important for SG and SF than for PG:)

You get much better results by rotating training then by hammering the same skill for weeks in a row (so you've shot yourself in the foot a little bit).

.

are u sure about that?a friend of mine "hammering" his rookie to OD 13 in a row (2 weeks for 1 up/normal speed) and now he trains Range and got 4 Ups in 6 weeks(faster as normal?!?)..for me it looks like hammering is faster..but u are the pro?!?

Cheers

In the end, alternating OD and JR should be faster than training one of them a lot, and then the other one.

On this topic, I am just as much a pro as anyone else who reads the rules, I guess.

i train guards since 29.8.08 and in this 4 seasons my players had around 30-35 ups in the 6 main skills for guards.
the first whole season i just trained od, which (for me) is the most important skill for my guards.
also important is js and passing. the jr should also be around 11-12.
so for me it is.
1. od, js
2. ps, hn
3. jr, dr

just my opinion. regards
