HeadPaperPusher is collecting capped player data to study potential cap. Your player should be useful to him. You may share your player to him.

Both John and dave popped in JS this week.

Dave is 24 and took 9 week's to pop in JS.

John is 25 and popping every 4 weeks in JS.

They are both allstar and have similar skills, doesn't make sense to me. I wonder if there is some sort of random factor to training?

They might be "similar" but you need to count the total skills. I would love to hear the exact totals of promaries and secondaries in both. For the record Oliver is 23, also All-Star potential, printed salary of $ 29 664, seems to still be popping, he has 67 primary skills, a feeble 10 secondary and only 10 tertiary for a total of 87 including stamina and free throws. Maybe his bad secondaries will allow me to pump his primaries a bit more. I hope so.

Would love to hear from anyone who has an opinion about total skill points at all-star level.
