What is the question you want to ask my friend?
:)

Edit:Aha, I understand now.

Well, you know me for a while waxman, we speak a lot by messages for some time now.
Like I said, i want to reach with this country top 50 in the BB World.
You can see my plan in speech, but the plan will take at least 3 seasons.
I am interested in Barbados since season 14, i have just discovered the forum some weeks ago( ).
As for other managers, they just came in the election time

See ya waxman.
And p.s. me and my family are going in Barbados next week on thursday for holidays(1 week), again

Seriously.
See ya ;)

I think his question is --- why are you all so interested in the barbados league?

Please correct me if I am wrong,,

But my answer to that question is this:

The manly reason is I chose Barbados is to help the youngsters in this country to grow, the last coach didn't do a very good job, perhaps he had not good squad but I think I can do this job great, I have been a scout for the NT and the U21 in Iceland and know a lot to handle all about the players, I chose Barbados is like I said to help them grow to bigger state, If the U21 coach doesn't have the brain to handle the youngsters then they're NT will be rubbish in later stages. I can do this job, and I will do this job as the best as I can,

L James

the challenge

everyone knows this is maybe the smallest bb nation on earth - although i think south africa may be smaller right now - it does vary

so the challenge of trying to help this nation compete is the greatest

Thanks for all questions! I think I do, for two reasons:

1) Simply put, I love BB. I spend way too much time on it honestly :p The nice thing about BB is that you don't have to make it a full-time job in order to play. Since I've spent a lot of time building my team from nothing into a competitive franchise, it no longer requires a great deal of time commitment. Barbados U21 would be able to become my top priority.

2) This may be easier said than done, but I plan to delegate responsibility in the process of building an active Barbados community. It will take time, since I wouldn't want to bombard new owners with requests for help, but in the long run, playing BB will be more rewarding for Barbados if they get to play a role in their U21 team's success. I already belong to a large network of successful users who I can rely on for advice. I'd love to extend that network into the Barbados if you elect me as your U21 manager.
