Panthers Down in the Dumps.

Everyone who has been a part of the Toccoa Panthers is very sad. They have been getting very unlucky with tactics and have lost 3 in a row. We were able to catch up with Buckeyefan01 as he left tonight's game:

"I have no comment to the game, we are just playing like pieces of shi* out there. To me it is a un- fu**en- believable how we are losing some of these games. We have lost games that after the game we submitted the tactics and we noticed that we should have won. Against Angerfist, it said we had a 60% chance of winning, but we lost. It does not look like things will be getting better soon though, as we get ready to go on a three game road trip. All we can do is hope that when we come back to Toccoa, after the road trip that we have a winning record."

Kurtzio Aranzbal had this to say:
"The refs are giving out bullsh*t calls and we are not playing as good as we can. We really need a on the court leader to help lead us in the games."

Hopefully the Panthers can buckle down and start winning. Thursday the Panthers will face off against Bombinos in their second round cup matchup.

Keep your chin up, guy. Moving into IV is a tough challenge for newer teams, but you promoted there for a reason, so don't let this get you down.

America is down in the dumps with you, we got your back and we will stick with you to the end :)

Yeah! We stuck with him through demotion and we can do it again! America's Toccoa!

First America's credit rating gets downgraded, now this... when it rains it pours...

Panthers Add Two New Members

The Panthers have recently announced that they have added a PG and SG to the team. Their names are Carles Pello and Eise de Wit. Many people on the team are excited about their arrival, hearing that both are very good players.

Xim Companys said:

"Well I have been playing basketball for a long time and they are both fantastic players that should be able to help us win and help us get out of D.IV."

We will see if the two really are the fit the Panthers need on Saturday against the Moorningsport Oilers. GO PANTHERS!

Panthers Advance to Second Round in Cup

The Panthers got a little bit of momentum yesterday when they won their cup game. They will be advancing to the third round and will face another sub-par team. Fans got to learn more about newly aquired Eise de Witt.

One fan said:
"He played good, but I hope he can play better so that we can end this dang losing streak!"

We will see how Eise and Carles Pello do on Saturday against the Mooringsport Oilers. Opening Tip will be at 8 pm. GO PANTHERS!

Are You Kidding Me?

After the recent loss, The Panthers Grip is going to be renamed. Also the locker room is being reconstructed. The Panthers will come back to a whole new locker when they come back. Every single person in the looker room took all their stuff out immediantly and left. No words being said and no one took a shower or even changed clothes. The Panthers, according to the mathcup predictor (exact rating were put in), had a 75% chance of winning, but no they lost. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? The Panthers need a break, they should be undefeated right now but of course they are not because they are unlucky.

Buckeyefan01 had this to say:
"Well, as you can see all odds are stacked against us right now, but it is making us stronger. Everytime we lose, we will hit the court with a more fierce attitude. Everytime we lose we will work harder in practice. Everytime we lose, we will grow and bond together as a team. And as manager/coach of this great team I will not let a small 4 game skid end our playoff chance for the rest of the season. Everyone better expect us to play even harder now and be looking to get revenge. We can only go up from here."

Eise de Wert said:
"I came to Toccoa for a championship and I am not going to let all of this scrub team take it away from me! I have worked too hard in my career not to get a championship. My name is not LeBron, there is not a curse that will prevent me from winning a championship! .... I hope."

"I am fed up with losing and it is about fu*ken time that I step my game up and show these teams who is boss!"

The Panthers seem very positive in a not so good situation. Then again, when you think about if you have 4 losses you should be in the playoffs.
