Ok people, I have been in this game for a long time and I have been active for all the period I have been here. There are a few more like me, active managers and perhaps the closest is Ekleptismenos.
I have already been NT manager for 2 seasons and here is my opinion. Being a NT Coach does not need extraordinary experience. We all know what the best tactics are in each game based on our own streght and our opponents weakeness. You dont have to be a wizzard to decide what is the best plan. You just have to keep watching on the abilities of the opponents players and the way he usually plays, offensivly and defensively. its no magic. I assume there are a lot of managers that can be candidates for the NT based on their experience in the game. Pistoleroi, Ekleptismenoi, Bc teammate, Cyprus Fighters, Keraynos, Steve and many others that have been playing the game for a long time.So lets assume we are all capable in this domain. What makes the difference?
When I used to be NT coach I spent most of my time emailing managers to train their players. I remember a NT player named Kostas Smeros, my god I tried so much with his manager to make him NT matterial. Every week I used to complain to him, training training training, and eventually he became a good player for our NT. This in my opinion is what makes the difference. If someone wishes to become the NT coach I would expect him to spend most of his time emailing managers and trying to make them train their players. If someone is willing to walk the mile, then he should be the NT coach.

Do not vote because the other guy is a friend of yours and perhaps you expect him to put your player in the NT for the merchandise (most managers do that, and NT coaches). Vote because you believe he will do what is right for the NT team. Vote for the person you believe will be fair to the other managers and their players. The person who will reward someone if he trains his players week after week. Someone who will punish a manager if he doesnt train his players hard. Who will not include those players in the starting 12. Vote for the right manager.

Remember that the NT coach you will vote for will be for the next 2 seasons. Decide carefully.

The most valuable element of the NT coach would be time to devote in running the NT. If your rl obligations do not allow you to devote a substantial amount of time then the NT has no use. Our team is too weak to compete with other teams, therefore the tactics part is irrelevant for me. I think the effort should be to strengthen our NT in the long run. Personally it does not play a difference if we are +10 or -10 in standings of NT, if our NT does not have a future. And i am certain that if we try and achieve success in the long run, it will make most of us happy.

Most players in NT today are old. The problem is that there no new players to replace them. As part of a team effort and by training players that play in all positions then in 3-4 seasons we should have an NT that all of us would be proud, that would be able to compete with the monsters of the league, or at least get a decent result.

This is my opinion on what the NT coach should have in mind. I do not want someone to be there for 2 seasons. I want someone who is gonna be there for more seasons, and with the time to devote. All managers, old and young (in-game i mean) should stand by the coach in this long run effort.

I agree 100% with you, and you know all that i care about the community. I would never suggest someone who i dont feel that is capable enough. As far as about the NT invitations, i really dont need the small boost, that i can get from the merchendise, my goal is clear. Win the cup or/and championship, and the next season i will give it all to win the B3. After that i really dont know, most probably i will stay as a farm team, or just quit...

Είμαι έμμεσα ενδιαφερόμενος για αυτές τις εκλογές, 1 γιατί εχώ παιχτη στην Εθνική(15131689), και 2 γιατί ένα πολύ κοντινό μου πρόσωπο ειναι υποψήφιος ..ο Tyfonas!.
Ο Τyfonas δεν ειναι σε θέση να γράψει λόγω διακοπών σε μέρος δύσκολα προσβάσιμο και θα είναι αργά όταν γυρίσει ,και εγω θα γράψω μερικά πράγματα για αυτόν.

Ο Τyfonas είναι στο παιχνίδι απο την 3 σεζόν!
Στην σεζον 7 στις εκλογές NT Hellas ανέλαβε να προόθησει την Εθνική μέσω Π.Μ για την τότε παρατημένη Εθνική που η ΝΤ ήταν μποτάκι...έστειλε 350 ΠΜ για φέρει τους αδιάφορους Έλληνες κοντά στην Εθνική και κατάφερε ενα μεγαλό ποσοστό συμμετοχής για τότε περίπου ψήφισε το 45% !χωρίς να είναι υποψήφιος?.

Στην σεζόν 9 και 10 ψηφίστικε ο ίδιος σαν ΝΤ και η δουλειά του ηταν φοβερή ,απο την 57 θέση πήγε την Εθνική στην 39 θέση στο τέλος τις σεζόν 10(στην σεζόν 9 τερματίσε στην 2 θέση αλλα δεν προκρίθηκε στα τελικά λόγω ισοβαθμίας και διαφορά πόντων) ,δεν ξαναέβαλε υποψηφιοτητά για δικούς του λόγους?...τώρα είναι στην θέση 46.

Είναι ο ιδρυτής 2 ομοσπονδιών ,MACEDONIANS 162 μέλη και G.D.T 49 μέλη!, η G.D.T έγινε με σκοπό το σκάουτινγκ άλλων Εθνικών(κατασκοπία παιχτών μέσω trαnsfer list),αυτην την στιγμή υπάρχουν 127 ενεργοι παίχτες διάφορων Εθνικων σε access που έφτιαξε και το ξέρει μόνο αυτός.

O Tyfonas και ο JohnnyB είναι αυτοί υπέυθυνοι που Gkavakas αυτήν την στιγμή παίζει στην Εθνική με δικιά τους επιθυμία των αγόρασα 2,2Μ! στα 19του! για 6 συνεχόμενες σεζον τον προπονώ αδιάκοπα με πολυ ακτιβω κοστος (γυμναστές 6-7 level ), αρα ο Τyfonas εχει προσφέρει στην Εθνική σας/μας! όπως και ο JohnnyB!

Πιστέυω πως αν βρεθούν χρήστες σαν εμένα για να προπονούν παίχτες τις Εθνικής η Κύπρος θα ανέβει αρκετά.......αν υπάρχει κάποιος που μπορεί να το καταφέρει είναι ο Tyfonas με την βοηθειά σας/μας!

Εσείς θα αποφασισετέ με την ψήφο σας,εγω δεν μπορώ να ψηφίσω.

Καλή τύχη σε όλους τους υποψήφιους,και καλή σεζόν με υγεία στους υπόλοιπους.

Dear Cypriots, (and not only)

I'm indirectly interested for these elections because Tyfonas is a very related person to me.

Since Tyfonas is on holidays, I'll write some things for him.

He have been playing buzzerbeater since season 3.

At season 7, he tried to help NT Hellas (which was bot) by sending 350 bb-mails to greek users.He achieved a great percentage (about 45%) to participate in those elections.

At season 9, won the elections.As a NT Coach, he did a great work.He managed to improve NT Hellas ranking from 57 to 39.
He didn't put candidacy again for personal reasons (now Hellas is in 46 position).

He is the founder of the federations, Macedonians (162 members) and G.D.T (49 members).G.D.T was made for scouting reasons (via transfer market).At the moment there are 127 active players in a database that only Tyfonas knows.

Due to Tyfonas and Johnny-B, Gkavakas is playing for the NT.I bought him because they suggested to me.I've been training him for 6 consecutive seasons with a huge cost (6-7 lvl trainer).So, Tyfonas has offered a lot to your NT, as well as, Johnny-B.

In my opinion, we need to find users (like me) who are willing to traing players with NT potential and in that way, NT Cyprus will be better a lot.
For me, Tyfonas is the most capable person for this project.
