Hi Whitewind,

Have you given any consideration in approaching Mllama to see if the Under 21 team can share his Federation, for secret discussions on the U21 team?

No, but its a good idea.

Im a big believer in the offsite forum, so ive been posting there with all things u21. More than happy to get an u21 thread up and going with mllamas approval though.

Edit: Mllama is all for it, so there is now an U21 thread inside the Aussie NT Federation. Please join up and get involved (if you have supporter).

4 seasons I pushed the off site forum and its a ghost town. Moving the NT to a federation was the death nail in its use imo.
Sadly but it was heading that way regardless.

You did a really fantastic job over the last four seasons and while I have been totally useless for the last two I really appreciate all of your fantastic efforts and you certainly got one team (season 24 with Sacks, Williams, Bath, Goolagong, Truth Sercomb etc) up to legendary status with the Aussie community. What would say has been your greatest successes with the team?

The main thing is getting a few more managers training new guys. I saw some issues with the team and focused on making sure we got players trained where we needed them. Sadly we went from being all Gs to all Bigs and were unable to get a strong group in both areas.

I've enjoyed my time in the role but need a break to focus on my own side for a little bit.

i dotn think this was ur fault, i seem to recall you putting it to a vote, and everyone said offsite forum.

and then no one used it, including me - mind you i didnt vote for it haha.

anyways, federation is better IMO, so hopefully whitewind will have a bit of success with that.

While for the core group who have supporter and Fed is simpler it just excludes a lot of people from the main part of it. Hopefully it works.

well thats true, but i guess if non-supporters were not using the off-site, or very small numbers were, then your not really losing much of a user-base by moving it to a federation.

It may also increase the requirement for individual mentoring for non-supporter users. So - could be a good thing in the long rrun.

Nice 74pt win last night against Lubnan who played higher Enthusiasm and had home court. KP was a dominant force, and Gingernut showed us a glimpse of what he will be achieving next season.

yeah dominant game!

Gingernut seems to be switching into another gear when playing for U21, he doesn't put on that kind of show in my league games!!

Just wait until next season. I suspect he may be going into the Aussie U21 Hall of Fame. Keep up the amazing training.
