If he was in high 8-9 GS, I would have had a chance. Definitely not a gimme (especially at Pigs), but I wouldn't be steamrolled like I'm assuming I will be.

That, of course, assumes that I make it to the Semifinals. You did beat me at home earlier this season. Since promotion is a long shot, maybe I should sell a few players and try to gear up for next season?

I'm just taking this time to train my guys a little bit more and save up my cash, probably try to upgrade at C for next season.

Fair enough, I'm trying to train a 19 year old for the U21. I'm expecting him to make me very competitive in the next season or two. A lot of it is going to depend on who demotes down here too. We are still going to have at least 6 competitive teams in this conference to deal with next season, as I only see us losing Pigs and Ninjas.

With that loss, the top 3 seeds in the Great 8 playoffs are set. Now it's a race for 4th to face the pigs.

I'm not sure either. I typically start them off on the high end and walk them down as no one bids. I'm willing to admit I got lucky with Nemisio (although his TPC was 500k-1M), but Dean's price was more than fair. Try finding other 25 year olds with similar skills, primary and secondary. He even got multiple bids. It also helps that I advertise them a bit. A few seasons ago I would start players off at $1 and they would severly undersell. Also, people tend to pay more for Americans, I'm not sure why.

So Sparta is going to the playoffs on PD, probably the closest playoff race I've seen in a long time.
