Your Utopia team will hit a wall and stay in Div. II most likely. Maybe if lots of people quit you'll have a chance at DI one day and you can yoyo perhaps between DI/DII or if Utopia stays stead, lost of teams are going to come up to DII soon and you'll maybe yoyo with Div.III. Atleast till you fix your arena.

1. In utopia I'm single-position training my 3 best players out of position every week. Not even 2 players and currently I'm in the playoff picture. Even continuing training like that I fully expect to close 3rd
2. Utopia now is A LOT easier than it used to be at the beginning, where competing vs building the arena was a meaningful choice and it was HARD to balance everything (training/competing towards D1/building)
3. It took you 4 seasons to promote to D3, this is your third season in D3 and it looks unlikely you will promote
4. It took me 2 seasons to promote to D3 and 4 to promote to D2 (all while training I might add). At best, if you promote next season, you will have taken 2 extra seasons against weaker competition and while not training out of position every single game. I think you deserve an applause.
5. I was making 170k last season in D3. This season the trainees' salary caught up with me and I make around the league average of 110k. Nachmahr has a 16k arena and, by the look of it, he is averaging 180k or more (he's won a few tight games at the beginning of the season and he has the promotion bonus). You keep ignoring that adding seats is good but that the benefits of doing so are smaller than you claim. In most cases you need to lower the prices to fill more seats so it's not linear. In my case, I make 290k per game.
