I think, that I will use Utopia for training development. At the moment, I don´t think, that I going to be competetiv. Just experementing a bit and try some new things :-)

Are we allowed to trade between our teams? The last thing I heard was, that we aren´t allowed to send our trainees to the second team. Beside, there is always a high risk, that we get overbid. Maybe you guys know more than me :-)

Obvious you cannot. Read the instructions at game manual and its all there...

Transfer Market and Draft
The Utopia league has its own players drafted each season. These players will be able to be sold and bought by all teams in BuzzerBeater without restrictions. Likewise, the “Utopia” teams will be free to buy and sell players from all other teams (except their original teams, including players previously owned by them, and vice versa).

Well I did not realize this but apparently the #7 seed also gets relegated. So I guess I won't be here next season guys. It was nice meeting you all and good luck moving forward. I hope to see you guys again up in d3.

Unfortunately you are not able to buy players from your own team. To make sure there is no abuse.

This is my old IV Utopia league, I see thing have gotten a bit more lively, nice!
