that was a helpful answer. thank you. sorry for having so many questions but i would like to ask about the fans too because i checked my weekly fan survey and i was rated "half a ball" in managing the team even though i always check their training progress and everything (or maybe not).

What advice do you have for newbies with respect to training? Like you said, the manual is pretty comprehensive about this, but there's a gap between the "theory" and the "application". Care to break this down for us?
