I agree if they are contributors(Joly ain't going nowhere), but if they aren't playing and can be easily replaced by a similar 22 year old, I say send them down.

I assume it will be too late for this season since I think the senior team will get an enthusiasm penalty for any drops. But something that will need organizing in future seasons.
