Basically you get 100% training if a player plays 48 minutes in a week or more. Everything less will result in training efficiency loss. Whether that regress is a straight line (every minute of less playing time is an equal amount of training loss) or a curve (the more time you lose, the less efficency loss per minute), the drop in efficiency is believed to be steep in the first minutes under 48,

No, there is no seperate training time. Training is based on minutes played in games that week. 48 minutes of playing time is ideal for training: you get 100% training (some variables aside). Above 48 minutes this will stay the same, but under 48 minutes of playing time, the amount of training for that player will drop.

Only the loss of training will be bigger then the loss of minutes: when a player only gets 36 minutes of playing time in a week (= 75% of 48), it could be he only receives 50% of max. training (I really don't know the exact figures, it could be anything, but less then 75%).

I didn't know 48 minutes is pretty much the max?

no it's not...

48 minutes is the ideal time for a player to have to have optimized training results... sure it's ok to have 49 minutes, or 60 minutes... but any excess on that can have somewhat negative effect on your game shape...

in BB (IMO), playing 90 minutes plus per week can be exhausting... and thus affecting game shape

I have 6 trainees for 2 positions, but its extremely hard to get all of them 48 mins of training. Should i switch to training 5 players or is there other way?
For example to put into lineup just 2 trainees for every game to get guaranteed 48 mins each for required postion, then put into lineup other 2 and so on? Is there any negative effects of them playing full game? And will coach be able to let them rest and put into that position other players out of natural pos?
Thanks for any advice.

Playing 1 player the optimized minutes doesn't get the same training result as to 6 players having 48 minutes training...

remember... you only have one trainer... and he can't give focus on them all...
