Thank you man I need good feedback cause i have high hopes for him.

I have a good idea on how to train my next player, but two (or more) people know more than one, so I just want to ask for different opinions.

For U21 NT, I'm going to focus on OD, ID and Inside scoring (IS, DR). I don't want to put a lot of training in RB right now because I think it's better to have a U21 player that's great in 2-3 areas than a player who's average in all of them.

After he's done with U21, make him into inside SF with RB 10-11 (higher RB screws up the potential) and OD 16/ID 15. DR and HA as high as possible, PA at least to 12. JS and JR are not that great, so I don't want to spend much time there.

Opinions greaty appreciated!

While he is not not best long term trainee he will be my best in the short run. I am working on training him for the U21 team as a PG although he may not qualify due to the way that I would like to train him.

Yeah, I would never "expect" a player to make it to the U21 but it at least gives me another fun goal while training a player.

It is also nice to be able to compare my young guys to others of the same age to see how my training compares.
