Well, I was able to double-check, and as of now it looks like it will indeed be a 100% refund.

It would make zero sense to broadcast an announcement then change again....

The point raised earlier about being scared to train NT players beyond a certain point in my mind contradicts all ive heard about making the National teams a big focal point of the game.

IF the teams in the lower leagues are holding back from training then it is for this reason changes should be made..... the imbalance is down to the battle between wanting to have great players in the game but not wanting to give teams the ability to own them. (enough of them).

If one has to give over the other.. its a shame its the players.....

only information is that these changes will be after all-star break :D
must wait for announcements from BB`s. i think it will be tomorrow, because one day after all-star game there is cup games, and i think these games will be with new GE, but maybe not yet. thats why i think they can not wait no longer to make announcements.
edit: i think too much :(

Oh no, let us play competitions till the end of season in present GE!
Please, release new GE only for SC and PL.
It would be lottery in final round of cup with GE which nobody knows.

no tnx :D, for CUP games they can leave old engine, thats better. but for league games i need new GE :D

Such an important part of the game cannot be released on the middle of the season, there is no sense, many things are going on, and nobody knows how the performance of the GE will be.

in announcement they will say say what is changed, so just adapt. i cannot wait new GE, because so called old GE are driving me crazy - nothing happens like in season8 for me.

Have you seen any game in new GE (1st round of league games this season)? It would drive you crazy
And about News ... in my opinion it was written in a hurry and BBs didn't think of all impacts of that.

bb said there are changes, to stop it after 1 game,after teams organized something to face of this
so i hope they change really something now like it was said after all star
