I've just bought a trainer for Stamina, because it's very annoying when you must lose a week (or two) to keep your best player at a decent level.

Finally, at the third attempt, I succeded in staying il Div III :D
I qualified at the 6th place on the last of league, against my main opponent for this 6th place, in his stadium.
I had to avoid the #5 of the other conference, he was too good for my team.
Then, I met the #6 with homecourt advantage ;)
And win tonight (95-81).

Now, I have a Franchise Player (50k AS), and a real PF (45k with OD and Passing).
Next season, I think I'm gonna raise a PG, because my actual one turns 34...
I'll try to reach #5, but my conference is very good...

First full season of being homegrown and went 22-0. Just lost the first game in the championship though. Currently I have a USA NT player on my team that I have trained since drafting him at 19. My guards are starting to get older and I don’t have any real bigs, so I will be working on training some guys to be SF/PF type of player for awhile to provide some depth and flexibility.

To all of the fellow home grown teams, do you typically train guys to their max potential? Like would you take the time to train a HOF or MVP player or is it better to train slightly less potential so that you can train more guys over the long run?
