Guess it's Dozier and Makala, which are on TL right now. Makila before last drop was OD 15, IS 16, if I remember. 31 skill points in IS/OD per 123 TSP is circa 25%. Dozier is 12/16 with OD/IS sum of 28 skill points. Again, 28/117 is 24%.
In my opinion such values may show some emphasis on OD/IS... but those skills aren't most important in this build.
Please notice that both players (
used primarily as PF/C, which is important here) have only 4 in SB, which should be
important skill for PF/C. In other words, after all discussions about SB, it still remains a junk skill. Good PS and lacks on RB (darkonza even admitted on Polish forums, that sacrificing them to get lower salaries was the reason he got outrebounded in finals) are also here, but those traits aren't taken to extreme as "no SB" strategy.
Of course, to fully understand darkonza key to success, some other sacrifices should be mention. To manage such narrow rotation he had to stay on ST 9 all the time and basically give up domestic cup every season. Oh, without the latter one he also wouldn't be able to have nearly perfect league record, which is also important, as darkonza must have a big financial gain to be able to pay for new players.
To summarise, there are too many details about how darkonza get here to simply say:
R&G a failed inside 2-3 prediction, very classy
You need a farm network...which he may have!!
Oh, and BTW - "low value" players were bought for 5kk, they're just older now, so it's logical their value is around 1-1,5kk now.
