ok good luck barbados - i dont know how active thor will be, he will probably do 1/10 what davidm and i would have done but you have chosen

well done thor - it must be your lack of posts and having no clear plan that got you across the line

and i have to be honest that with such a thing to say, you are proving your ethos.....
if YOU had won i would have ONLY congratulate you....but i pressume you are a young boy after all :)))
i think the next thing to do is REMOVE that U21-DavidM from your name.....from now on your are just DavidM
Am willing to forget and forgive your comments if you still want to help as my assistant in the U21 team....

@abigfishy: wasnt expecting such a bitter comment from you ....still if you are willing to help, there are things you can do for me

@Barbadians: thanks those 2 that voted for me. In total only 4 people took part in these elections.
this is a rather poor outcome and a really hard work for me. Still there is hope

First thing to do is locate some good talents for the team.
i will be creating a list of all players who potentially be up for the NT.
whoever has a player send me a PM

No, I won't remove U21 from my name because some reasons:
-I am training U21 Potential centers
-I am asissting and helping several managers with their potential U21 Players training
-I like my name

Not that you are not bad for U21 Coach, the opposite-YOU HAVE 0(ZERO!) EXPERIENCE!
You've started in season 13 mate!

And now after almost 3 seasons of playing you think you are good enough for U21 Coach?

My god, my friend...you have still much, much, MUCH to learn....
And just to tell you, if you do not have a plan for U21 as I wrote in my speech, the other countries will eat you alive, ALIVE!
So you better start thinking about all the things you will have to do, and you MUST do, and the things you don't know anything about it, and you still have to do them.

Just saying the cruel truth

i really hoped that you will follow your friend's abigfishy example and stop spamming.

The few people here in Barbados can rest assure that you were the WORST candidate and by continuing posting in such an arrogant way, you just proving everyone right for not voting.

i dont think i need any buzzerbeater lessons from someone like you that took you 7 !!! seasons to advance from the IV league
its a good thing people read your speech and promises
Like I said, i want to reach with this country top 50 in the BB World.
so that they can understand how rubbish your promises were and UNREALISTIC.

One last thing.Although everyone had aggreed...
i think the best thing is if the candidates LA-L James, U21-DavidM, Thor and I all promose that whoever wins the others will stick around and help,

since you didnt have the dignity to apologise for such a behaviour after the elections my offer for you to be my assistant, my ball boy- is not more available...

well i give you that...we managed to activate the forum a bit....:)))))))
but honestly this is where the whole discussion about the U21 coach ends.
i wοnt accept any further comments about my skills, and the next time you post in an inappropriate way, a GM will be informed about your posts(which by the way i have copied) and act accordingly.

Hm, did you thought that i want to KEEP BEING in IV. LEAGUE?

If you will check some of my last seasons, you will see that i lost on purpose to stay at least 1 more season in IV.league

guess i feel bad about my 0 votes - not one person loved me

well to be honest most things are done...
8 local managers and 24 internatonal were contacted and establish training program.
i have got 67 players checked...will not check any more from tomorrow cause you are right, there is a drop in the game shape every time you dismiss someone...
what you can do, is do some scouting on our upcoming opponents.

He said he would be active on Barbados forum, but he is not ^^

And he still didn't recruit new players for Barbados U21.

God da*n, this is so sad, my plan won't work now, oh well, I still have Barbados NT, but good players come from U21,//
