And a 8th win in a row :D

We thought with Revo that Eesti has played CT his two last games, and when I look at the team ratings, it seems that it was true :D

yep.

Eesti seemed like they had a very low enthousiasme, and by the looks of it, we nailed it their.

the difference in enthousiasme gaves us the win.

@ GM-LoD:

Eesti had a low enthousiasme, and turkey has gone normal a few times. other than that, all the other teams have near maxed out enthousiasme. the only way to beat Poland, Lietuvia or Germany, would be if they had horrible GS and we would have alot of players with GS proficient ( something which is unlikely that it will happen).

so i was counting on a win against Eesti, and maybe one against Turkey, since the managers who own the turkish players seem to be struggling big time to keep the minutes down for their NT players. but against Lietuvia or Germany, we'll need alot of luck to give us favorable conditions before i'll even consider going normal or CT against those teams (Poland drew a short straw and will probably face a CT, since i'm expecting it to be our last NT game for the european championship). and if Turkey has a good GS the week we play them, then they could beat us. If all the teams in the european champonship would have the same enthousiasme, then we'd be the weakest one without any dought. you could argue that in the other pool, israel might be slightely weaker, but appart from that, we are the weakest team ( but this could be in our advantage too :D) let's hope and see how things go. any win from now is a bonus. we made the european championship, which is already a rahter good preformance. i just want to avoid the last spot in our pool. i don't want the other NT's to consider Belgium as a push-over who made the european championship by sheer luck. i want to show em that even if we don't have the best players of the world, we can still put up a good fight. and if they underestimate us, then we might be able to make em pay for it... again, GS will have a very big impact on the comming results. but so far, it's been rather good this season.

i also used my last spot on the NT rooster to call up a new NT player. their is a Egyptian Candidate to take him into his team and to continue his training, so unless you don't intend on continuing his training, i'd like to ask you guy's not to buy that C, since it will be in the NT's best interests if he ends up with that Egyptian team who will futher his training.

next game is against Germany, and unless i have very favorable conditions, i will most likely put up a wall of defence againt them, and try to limit the damage (and not waste enthousiasme either)

regards

LA-Revo

ps: Belgian coaches sure are very demanding... Belgian NT is in the european championship for the second time in BB history, and i've only got an approval rate of 68%. by the looks of it, you'd say that 30% of the belgian BB community expects me to win the world championship with the players that we've got ( which is, seeing how things are developping now, highly unlikely that we'll be able get to the world championship anytime soon. other european countries have much more players who are being trained and much more ( and often better) trained players that what we have *snif* )

about the ps:

well if someone votes like or do not like actions of NT manager, that stays as it is until they actually go to the page and chage it.

it is likely that in your first season some people have voted against you because of the results of the games, or because they thought you put up bad strategies...

if those don't go and change it, ...

loosing popularity is easy, winning it back is much harder. If you keep up the good performance, the number will go up again.

Germany was scared of the belgian team. not sure if i should be pleased with it or not. it means that a great nation of BB has reckonized that we aren't a push over team anymore, but it pushed our point differential a bitt futher away.

i'm still hoping to win one more game out of the 3 remaining games. i'd like to try and end on the 4th spot, rahter than the 5th spot.

Germany, Lietuvia and Poland will most probably take the top 3 spots, with Eesti probably taking the last one ( due to their lack of enthousiasme). So it will be a fight between Turkey and Belgium for 4th spot.

i'm rather unhappy. if you look at the notes after the game, we should have won against Turkey.

we had 20 more shots, and no matter how you look at it, i felt as if we were let down pretty badly. It's a shame, because i really though that we had a chance here...

though game. next week we're up against Lietuvia. They got a really good team, so it will be a game to limit the damage probably, rather than going for the unhighly unlikely win, after which we'll have one all out go against Poland, in search of that second victory.

logic loss against Lietuvia.

their GS was incredible, and if you know that they got players with OD 18 and 19, and ID between 17 and 20 in their team, then you know that you most probably will not be winning the game.

11 point loss is a good achievement. Unfortunately, Poland won against Eesti, which means that our NT will be playing the consolation tournament next season (3rd spot would have given acces to the world cup quallifiers, but Belgian won't be able to get the 3rd spot anymore... we'll have to hope for a lucky draw their with our opponents in the consolation tournament)

Against Poland, the Belgian NT will try to get their 2nd win of this round. Regardless of the result, The Belgian Nt has moved up 20 spots on the world ranking and made it's second appearance in BB history at the european championship. It was a good season up till now. all that remains to be done is to try and get one last victory against Poland.

It doesn't matter.
It was a nice voyage, with lots of good results. Maybe it's for the best to play the consolation tournament.

First we need to crawl, then we can walk, and finally we can run.

Belgian has had trouble learning to crawl for a period thanks to at least 2 NT coaches, maybe 3.
Finally Sum was able to make us crawl, and along with Joe, and now you, we can walk.

We need to patient, and not try to run to fast, as we might hurt our nose when going down hard. ;)

If you guys keep up this work, we'll get to running. And then it will be hard to stop us!

I know what you mean

if we ever must have straw pulling, or lottery for any kind of thing
this guy doesn't need to pull, I already nkow what I'll end up with.

look at it on the bright side: BB isn't real life

In the last scrimmage against Suomi, i'll be testing a new idea that has come up in my mind.

Thus, some regular players will be removed from the NT, and some others will be selected into the NT for the sole purpose to preform that test.

I'll also be rewarding the managers who did the best job in training their players this season, by selecting them for one game against Suomi.

since scrimmages dont (or hardly) influence the world rankings in NT teams, i though that this was the best time to preform the test and reward those who have earned a reward. thier are still quite some managers that i would have liked to reward with a one week selection in the NT, but unfortunately, i've only got one week to do so.

I'd also like to thank the following managers for their contributions to the NT in this season:
GM-Angi, Garrus, Radmanovich and JoeMaverick.

Each of these managers have helped me for this season, so thank you for that.

I'd also like to thank all the managers of the NT players, who did their best to keep their players in the best possible shape.

I'd also like to thank the guy's who followed the NT games when they could (GM-Angi, Il7maog, GM-LoD and Jerome01) for popping by in the Chat during the NT games

Futhermore, i'd like to thank the opposing NT manager, for the great games and fun that we had on the chats during our Nt games.

And last but not least, I'd like to thank the Belgian Community in re-electing me. without them, i couldn't have enjoyed coaching the NT this season. I hope i didn't disappoint any of you this season, and look forward to season 16, hoping for a decent drawing for the consolation tournament. The draw has a big influence for the results, and i hope we'll get a favourable draw.

thank you everyone, and untill next season
