In my scrimmage tonight, some guy on the other team got fouled and had free throws. He missed both of them. After he missed the second free throw, but before the rebound came down, he was substituted.

I don't know what the substitution rule is in this situation - perhaps once the ball is rebounded, the player can get subbe - but in any case, it's very strange to see the shot miss, then the sub, then the rebound.

it's a well-documented presentation bug. It occurs with items that happen all during the same time (on the clock that is).
It will get fixed eventually, once all the major stuff is done

If you read carefully, I think you are a bit off base here. This situation is unique in that the player cannot be substituted until after he attempts both free throws, but because he missed the second one, there is no stoppage of play for him to be subbed out. Once he misses the second (and there is no foul on the rebound or instant timeout called after the rebound, etc.) the game should go on without a stoppage, therefore the substitution here is logistically impossible.

I got two points for a score but the description was "undefined". It happened with 2:11 remaining in the first quarter of my match on 10/16.

I think this is indeed a bug in the GE and needs to be addressed.. it is related to the oddity that players can get injured, shoot FTs then come out of the game, rather than being substituted for people first and having the sub take the shots. Its on my list of things to fix when we release a new GE, which won't be until the start of the new season.

I'm not able to view my matches (this has happened twice in a row now), it doesn't say match in progress it just says set orders and every time I click on it it just goes back to the schedule page.

Same here. I have a scheduled scrimmage for today. It showed view live, i clicked on it and no game has started. I went back and it now shows match order. And when you click on it. nada..... And this is also the second time.

i have been saying this problem for quite sometime already,

its always i have to address this problem since at the end of the playoffs, and right now its still the same. but it seems it havent been given attention.

if every game i have to do this just to get my game going, its gonna get lazy and crazy on my part and my enthusiasm is going to take the bus to neverland.
