Right now we have everything from 1~20, and you are saying it should go even higher to high 20s?? That would make the range/gap of skills even larger than it is now, which to me would be unrealistic.

No, I must not have been clear about something, 1-20 is sufficient.

ok thanks, i got the direction generally
the player i was interested was on the TL and was very expensive (about 3m)
so i wanted to know if its will be smart for me to bid on him (he is 27 yo now)
i decided to pass on him due to the data i recieved.
i will find another prospect i hope soon

I have a 28 year old player who is 211cm tall that trained pass recently. Last season pass popped after 2 weeks, and his latest pop came after 1 training at 27, plus 2 at 28 (he upped on a RB training, so 3 + 1 cross training). His OD matched the pass level, DR and HA were 5 levels higher, and in general pass was one of the lowest caracteristics of the player. My coach is level 3.
